  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Placed an order through Ubereats and literally not even 5 minutes later i called to add another item to the meal. The lady was so rude and was just very adamant about adding the meal to the order. She then tells me that the Uber was already outside with my food so that is why she can't add it. When i looked online it said my food was still being prepared and won't be ready for another 26 minutes. When I mentioned that to her she clicked on me and when i called back she ignored the phone twice so i had to call from another number. When she answers i tell her i was speaking to someone and they hung up on me and she tried to lie saying that it wasn't her and i recognized her voice and told her you're the one i was speaking to i can tell. Then very rude and disrespectful she goes " OK so what you want" when i repeated to her she goes " i already told you we cant your uber is outside" this was already about 10 minutes after i had originally called. I then called back to speak to the manager and she responded "we don't have that here" If i can give them negative starts i would. The lady in charge of answering the phone and handling the cashier really needs to be fired or at least put somewhere that she doesn't interact with customers because she is HORRIBLE. Never have i ever had an experience like this and definitely won't be eating here again.
